antinomianism

antinomianism is a deeper concept than antistatism. the latter is a subset of the former. without law there could be no state. in a totally private society there would be rules within organisations but there would be no weight of the state to enforce them. enforcement would be private. if we could but convince nonpolitical people that rules & guidelines are ok within a state or stateless society but laws are not since they usually contain a prescribed punishment written by dead men in a dead time for a dead situation. all disputes should be handled by mediation in a rational society. given the current deadness of anarchist rhetoric i urge the change of topic to antinomianism and even deeper in the psyche to egoism.
